Sr Sales Executive
A small industrial application development / distribution client is currently seeking a Sr Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
Strategy – develop, launch and implement robust long-term growth plans for the business
Financial – understanding of P&L and key financial drivers.
Sales / Marketing & Application Development – capable of leading an aggressive growth effort.
DC Operations – basic understanding
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Production Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)

Prior experience running Sales in a small distribution / application / sales operation. (manufacturing sector also preferred)
Entrepreneurial experience helpful
Industrial filtration preferred
Global or multinational business experience preferred. (customer base)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good technical aptitude – ability to grasp concepts quickly and react with solutions.
Must have the ability to create a vision, explain concepts to inspire customers and small team.
