Sr Sales Executive
A small industrial application development / distribution client is currently seeking a Sr Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy – develop, launch and implement robust long-term growth plans for the business 
- Financial – understanding of P&L and key financial drivers. 
- Sales / Marketing & Application Development – capable of leading an aggressive growth effort. 
- DC Operations – basic understanding 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Production Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred) 
- 
                                    Prior experience running Sales in a small distribution / application / sales operation. (manufacturing sector also preferred) - Entrepreneurial experience helpful 
- Industrial filtration preferred 
- Global or multinational business experience preferred. (customer base) 
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 
 
- Good technical aptitude – ability to grasp concepts quickly and react with solutions. 
- Must have the ability to create a vision, explain concepts to inspire customers and small team.
