Production Supervisor
Supervises team (up to 30) in fabrication and welding of the Company’s products.
Leader in development of Welding working instructions and technical process methods methods.
Balances work flow via re-assignments as needed.
Ensure required HS&E equipment logs are properly maintained
Assure written work instructions and quality checks are posted at each workstation.
Profile:
High School Diploma or GED - Prefer a BS Degree
Prefer a CWI - Certified Welding Inspector
3+ years Supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Prior experience with Welding in a job shop fabrication is required:
Strong welding technical knowledge is KEY.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, people development skills
Will need to effectively handle changes and be adaptable to new requirements and technology.
Strong Experience in Lean Manufacturing
Compensation: DOE - $70K to 85K
